REMOVAL / RETURN
You have the right to return the entire order or part, within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. In this case, you incur the direct cost of returning the products. If the reason for your refund relates to a company error,
we take the cost of returning the product, provided that the return is made in accordance with a procedure that the company will suggest to you through the shipping companies involved.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete, without deterioration, and the packaging of the product is the one that normally accompanies the product, be in perfect condition and confirming that they have not been removed markings of the product. In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. The refund will be accepted through a request to be submitted by the customer through the return form on the website (My Account> Product Returns) or via email and always within the 14-calendar day period. The business will return the price to the customer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item at the headquarters of the business.
We also inform you that if you find that the packaging is opened / torn or broken when you receive your order, do not pick up the product and let us know that the packaging is tampered with in order to detect any obvious defects.
If a defect in quality control is found in the product returned, the company must contact the customer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.
You are not entitled to a withdrawal in the cases of Article 3ib of Greek Law 2251 / 94 and in any other case provided for by law or by this Act in accordance with the law. Indicatively, you are not entitled to withdraw from products that are modified and / or manufactured according to the customer's clearly personalized specifications. Also, there is no refund for products that are in offer or discount, only change with another product.
All products are used and no warranty is given, exept if is mentioned in the product description.
